There's something that we all feel within us that has never changed. It's always the same, from the moment when we were tiny babies to the moment now. And so that's really what we point people to right at the very beginning of the path.
Louise Kay:
You're this open space and experiences are appearing in you, the aware space. And there's no effort to control these experiences. There's just allowing of what comes to come and what goes to go. So there's nothing that you need to do.
Keith Kavanagh:
The aware, alive, emptiness of being that is only appearing as all the world and without ever ceasing to be itself. In the Course it says, you are the light of the world with me. That is the truth of what everything and everyone is. One emptiness that's appearing as everything and everyone.
Lisa Natoli:
So, come into the body, get out of the head, stop trying to like escape the emotions and actually bring yourself back into the sensation and the feelings so that you can actually see the stories, the patterns, the chronic way you show up. And when you welcome it, you kind of have the freedom to just welcome it. Welcoming is our nature. It's our true nature. We don't have to earn it. We don't have to do another practice. We don't have to do anything, but we do have to get quiet.
Mark Anthony Lord:
It's not closer than my breath. It's not at hand. It's not within me. It is me. It is you. When each chakra used for a different purpose becomes aligned, the kingdom of heaven becomes a felt awakened experience in you. We're using the truth that is inside of A Course in Miracles to activate the kingdom of heaven, not in you, but as you.
