  • Love Your Self. Love IS Your Self with Lisa Natoli
Love is what you are. And yet most people don't like themselves, have judgments about their body and wish they were different. A lot of people spend a majority of their time attempting to fix, change, heal or improve some aspect of their life. In this 90-minute workshop with Lisa Natoli, we will explore and investigate the activity of dislike and hate along with the chronic condition of wanting to fix, heal, change, heal, improve and control events, situations, the world, others and yourself. Love heals. Love is the Great Physician. When you begin to BE WHAT YOU ARE, your Self as love, loved & lovable, a realization of your true nature as happiness occurs.

  • The Greatest Love of All with Susan Telford
Whitney Houston famously sang, “Learning to love yourself, It is the greatest love of all.” But what does it even mean to love yourself? Isn’t it a bit selfish? Isn’t it better to love others -put them before yourself? That is certainly what many of us were taught. But is it true?

Join transformational coach and poet Susan Telford for this 90 minute journey of discovering what self-love really means. Using her signature blend of music, meditation and contemplative journaling using poetry, Susan will help you meet yourself with kindness and move from persistent self-criticism to joyful self-love as you reconnect with your true essence. In the words of poet, Derek Alcott, “you will love again the stranger who was your self” and discover to your delight, that it truly is the greatest love of all, for All.

  • Meet-Up Café with Amy and Rona (pre-recorded from a live event)
A space to witness and reflect on something truly extraordinary that is happening, which simply cannot be contained. Grab your favorite cuppa something you love and experience the vibe and inspiration with other lovers of truth.

  • Releasing the Barriers with Cyndi Krupp
In truth we are the love we seek. So what blocks our experience of this love? In this experiential, practical offering Cyndi will point out how we limit our experience of life and offer simple suggestions designed to dissolve these barriers. And with these barriers gone all that is left — IS — you guessed it —> LOVE.

  • The Deepest Acceptance of Self with Kavi Jezzie Hockaday
“In this moment, I am enough.”

Kavi explores how the journey of acceptance of body, feeling and mind is the doorway to love’s unconditionality and the end of suffering. Far from this being a detached and dry philosophy it is actually the intimacy of love. And the presence of awareness.

Kavi explores the question, “Is it possible to love ourselves unconditionally, beyond the need for another, beyond the need to be fixed or for anything to be different?” This is a profound exploration of deepest acceptance of ourselves as we are, as an ongoing journey of unfoldment.
